How we handle your information.
Altrubyte is based in Singapore. This notice covers information you share when requesting or attending a workshop, giving feedback, or contacting us.

What we collect
Our forms may ask for your name, email address, organization, location or time zone, scheduling preferences, workshop goals, relevant experience, and feedback. You can also choose to provide a testimonial or contact us by email. Please do not put confidential or sensitive personal information into a workshop request.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to requests, plan and deliver workshops, coordinate with participants, improve sessions, and discuss possible pro bono follow-on support with teams that have completed a workshop. We use feedback and non-identifying totals to understand our impact. We only send updates about future workshops when you have chosen to receive them.
Forms and storage
We use Google Forms and linked Google Sheets to collect and manage form responses. Altrubyte uses the responses for the purposes above. We do not publish identifiable answers or testimonials without separate permission.
How long we keep responses
We delete identifiable form responses, including copies used for scheduling, within 30 days after the workshop. If a request does not lead to a workshop, we delete it within 30 days after our last exchange. We may keep non-identifying totals, such as the number of workshops or participants, for impact reporting.
Workshop screenshots
Screenshots are optional. We only take them for impact reporting when the host organization agrees and people who could be identified have given informed consent. Declining does not affect participation. We keep consented screenshots for up to 12 months after capture, along with the minimal record needed to show consent. Consent can be withdrawn by contacting us. We will stop future use and remove the screenshot from channels we control, although we cannot remove copies others have already saved or shared.
Your choices and questions
You can ask to access or correct information you submitted, withdraw optional consent, or request deletion by emailing hello@altrubyte.org. We will respond to privacy requests through that address.
